The TC Group began in 1972 when the Petitto family remortgaged their home to finance a building and piece of land under land contract. John Petitto and 2 of his students from Jackson Community College built the steel building starting Town & Country Sports Center, Inc. in Cement City, Michigan. In February of 2002, the Petitto family opened their second Harley-Davidson® dealership, Tecumseh Harley-Davidson®, and their third dealership came in July 2014 when the Petitto family purchased the former Holiday Powersports in Michigan Center, Michigan, now known as TC Powersports making TC Group three locations strong.
